Fifty Cent has become very successful in the rapping industry. Fifty purchased a Phantom Rolls for more than 300,000 dollars, even so, Fifty still was not completely satisfied with the car, so he decided to chop his Rolls and make it more personally appealing.
Fifty wanted to have his Phantom Rolls Royce cut into a convertible by famous car artist Funkmaster Flex. Flex tried to discourage Fifty from making this extreme customization, but Fifty was adamant about making changes to the 300 k luxury car. Flex explained that the changes would cost nearly as much as the Royals itself. But Fifty was set on being the first person to own a convertible Phantom.
Rolls Royce has delivered demand by releasing their own official Convertible Phantom, which retails for approximately 430,000 dollars. With Fifty’s money, he did not want to wait for the 2008 and he did not have to. It is very easy to be envious of Fifty’s abilities to change his Rolls even before the manufacturer. But, like most personal customized items, it came with a hefty tag.

Bill Gates’ home is as elaborate as his income. Bill pays over one million in property tax each year for his house. This magnificent piece of real estate is currently valued over 135 million. Unbelievable, but what better way to spend your millions than on the place you call home.
This incredible house is definitely a Real Estate Masterpiece to be envied. The house has over 60 k sq foot of space, this would include the outside buildings, such as the recreation area.
This mansion is more than just a house, it is a mini world. It has several bedrooms, a couple of meeting rooms, swimming pool, full underground garage, and a guest house which was Bill’s test house in the beginning. The only things missing here would be a Bank and Supermarket, but Bill does have an internet connection.
